With the continuous development of China’s market economy,enterprise management standardized gradually.With the enterprisemanagement standardization, human resources management has beenincreasingly play an important role in enterprise development.Trainingas an important part of human resource managemen t played asignificant role in the enterprise personnel training. At present, China’spublishing industry is facing an important transformation period. On onehand, state-owned enterprises need a lot of talent publishingmarketization; secondly, due to the impact of the Internet and digitalpublishing, paper book face a huge e challenge.How to break out in theseries of challenges, develop suitable market challenge of talent is thekey. The effective personnel training system will play a great role, andlearning path map will play a great role in solving various problems intalent training.Firstly, This paper attempts to find the problems in training domesticthrough study on the development status of domestic and overseastraining industry and the training theories. Secondly, exploring whetherlearning path map can use in the press as a training tool through thequestionnaire survey method for current press training, combined withinterviews.At last, design a training system for the editing section basedon learning path map. I hope this method could apply in other press. |
