With the further effort of human activities in space, came a tremendous amount of space debris on earth orbit. Space debris circle earth at an ultra-high velocity, lead to a destructive threat to spacecraft, especially fatal to manned spaceship. For the safety of spacecraft, conjunction assessment of spacecraft and debris should be executed, so that preventive measure can be taken in time. The computation is massive during the analysis of millions of conjunction assessment at short notice, and it asks for high performance computing devices to fulfill the regular role of spacecraft warning mission. This thesis introduces the process of space debris collision prediction, analyzes the computing power required by warning mission on mass space objects, designs a parallel computing system based on existing sequential program and assesses the conjunction risk based on collision probability of spacecraft and space debris. The system is implemented by the combination of hardware and software, and a high-performance computing system utilized for spacecraft warning is established. Space debris collision prediction experiments are carried out by such system. Calculation speed and precision are also tested. The system greatly improves the computing power of collision space debris prediction for spacecraft. The computing time of all cataloged space objects is reduced to two to three hours, and computing on Chinese spacecraft can be completed in a matter of minutes. The required speed and precision level is met, and the designing objectives are achieved.
