As the space exploration activities are frequent,the space debris issues become more and more important.This paper mainly studies pulse radar of staring mode detects space debris technology,and researching background is data of Qujing Incoherent Scatter Radar collecting.This paper introduces the design principle of the matched filter of echo signal,and concretely introduces the principle and simulation analysis of the single carrier frequency,barker code,AC code.Matched filtering is difficult to detect small targets,because space debris goals are often relatively small,and have high speed,so this paper focuses on the accumulation algorithm of space debris.This algorithm covers the coherent integration and non-coherent accumulation,and the paper introduces their principle and simulation analysis.This paper also studies the parameters of space debris,such as distance,speed,orbital inclination,RCS,and so on.Finally in this paper,threshold targets are matching correlation with cataloguing objects in orbit,and compared them.
