POCT (Point-Of-Care Test) presents a rapid diagnosis around patients, which is a segmentation industry of vitro diagnostic devices (IVD). It is also called real-time test. In general, POCT is often referred to as bedside testing, doctors’ clinics testing, outside testing outside of the laboratory, decentralized testing, on-site replacement detection," satelldited " testing, patient self-testing.As the name suggests, POCT can diagnose, care, observe patients’ condition quickly and timely in order to improve health care quality and patient treatment satisfaction. In foreign countries, POCT is widely used in the intensive care unit, surgery, emergency care, clinics and patient homes. In China, with rapid development of POCT application in recent years, more and more POCT devices are put into use in various hospital emergency department, operating room, intensive care unit, etc. However, the development of POCT hospitals reporting software has lagged in the development of POCT devices. Many hospitals haven’t the system software to POCT and can not receive the test results data from the POCT device, Just filling out a single print reports by hand or printing testing results on thermal paper receipt by using the thermal paper printer with devices. These lead to not preserve the test results of POCT in a long-term. Once the patient disagree the disagreement results and the original can not be found, it would easily lead to medical disputes.To response to these circumstances, this paper design and development a stand-alone version of POCT reporting systems-Medical care testing systems. The system uses WinForm application mode, and apply the open source lightweight database SQLLite to restore the data. This System can be installed and configured in simple way, and can receive testing results from POCT and print report documents by an ordinary PC connected to the POCT device. Because of many POCT testing equipment manufacturers on the market and different transmission methods and data formats in different devices, this system is designed only for part of Roche POCT devices.This paper explodes the development environment, required technology, overall design, system implementation about real-time inspection and report system comprehensively.
