Blu-ray Disc(BD)can not only be used as storage media for HD format movies and large electronic games,but also be used in the field of chemical analysis and biological molecule detection due to its excellent optical properties,nano-scale surface roughness and low production costs.Combining optical drive with precision servo control system and optical reading mechanism,blu-ray disc/drive is expected to be a new generation with high throughput and high sensitivity POCT(point-of-care testing)tools.This thesis based on the principle of optical disc reading,writing and storage technology.By extracting and detecting the laser intensity signal of the optical head in the standard optical drive,the imaging detection system based on standard blu-ray driver is designed in the Windows environment.Then by testing the printed array on BD disc,the system was evaluated for its feasibility,resolution(the spatial resolution of the imaging system can reach at least 100 ?m)and detection throughout(at least 1728 samples can be tested simultaneously).Furthermore,by using the imaging system based on the blu-ray drive,the aflatoxin B1 immunoassay on BD disc was successfully tested.The imaging detection system based on standard blu-ray driver can be used in the field of food safety,water quality monitoring and medical diagnosis. |
