With the widely application of logistics technology, Automatic Guided Vehiclewith its flexibility, efficiency has become an important tool for achieving agility inthe workshop material handling logistics system.First of all, the paper introduces the developing situation of the AGV at homeand abroad, and the research direction of AGV system technology. On this basiscombined with actual project needs control system is designed. In order to minimizethe workload of routine maintenance and increase the service life of the AGV system,we choose the Foxconn’s AGV body, drive equipment from Japan as the AGV’sbody integrated unit. This paper expounds the AGV’s characteristics, function,application field and the parameters of battery. On-board controller use MitsubishiFX2N series PLC. Through the corresponding interface and each function module, itmonitors the working status of each functional module in real time. This paperanalyzes the AGV system’s drive unit, security and auxiliary equipment. Through thewireless communication device can be convenient to exchange information withAGV management monitoring computer, accept the AGV dispatch instructions frommanagement monitoring calculation, feed back AGV cycling status information anddisplay the status through the MCGS in real-time to conveniently monitor andmanage the whole system.Secondly, this paper analyzes the AGV’s way of guidance, integrated theadvantages and disadvantages of all kinds of guide way. This article selects the tapeguiding way. Different magnetic stripe combination is designed to achieve AGV’sforward, accelerate, decelerate, pause, bifurcation and so on.And research on themethod of path planning in navigation system, Through comparing the global pathplanning and local path planning algorithm, the paper chose the path planning basedon ant colony algorithm and study several kinds of improved ant colony algorithm.Finally, the ant colony algorithm is applied in AGV navigation system. This paper analyze the standard method of ant colony algorithm to solve travelingsalesman problem and on this basis use the improved ant colony algorithm to solvethe vehicle routing problem of AGV scheduling. The optimal path and the optimaldistribution scheme are obtained through the MATLAB simulation. |
