Magnetic navigation AGV robot is a special robot used in modern production lines and intelligent logistics line,which greatly improve the flexibility and intelligence of the flexible manufacturing system and logistics system efficiency.Magnetic navigation AGV robot motion control and execution,dynamic planning and decision-making,comprehensive system of environmental perception and other functions in one,based on the mechanical engineering as the carrier of the integration of electronic engineering,computer engineering,automatic control,sensor technology,artificial intelligence and other disciplines of knowledge,represents the highest achievement of Mechatronics technology.In developed countries magnetic navigation AGV robot has been widely used,and magnetic navigation AGV robot in China is still in the initial stage,some key technology is still subject to foreign technology blockade,so the research on the AGV robot technology is imminent.In this paper,magnetic navigation AGV robot technology is studied from the aspects of mechanical ontology design,dynamic control and path planning.The main research contents are as follows:First,by reading the literature and field in magnetic navigation AGV robot application in the plant research,development and application status of AGV robot athome and abroad,analyzes the technology of magnetic navigation AGV robot in structure design,trajectory planning,remote location on the most advanced,to determine the specific research contents and methods.Second,the mechanical structure of the AGV robot design based on field condition analysis,through the analysis of the robot transmission scheme,complete the calculation of the robot motor selection,structure design of the driving wheel,through the analysis of the magnetic navigation AGV robot application robot appearance,cage structure design.Third,through the analysis of the functional requirements of magnetic navigation AGV robot to complete the design of robot control system,completed the design of human robot interaction system,sensing system and safety protection system,the hardware design of controller,sensor,motor drive,the complete set of hardware control platform,proposes a new tracking algorithm for magnetic navigation AGV robot the controller and the tracking algorithm and experimental writing.Fourth,research on the path planning of AGV robot,using Dijkstra algorithm for mathematical modeling of robot running environment,the environment map marked point coordinates and calculate the shortest distance from point to point,and then establish the optimal matrix,the shortest path is calculated by correcting into the preferred algorithm in correction on the basis of the final complete the optimal path planning and simulation by Matlab,the simulation results to achieve the desired effect.The magnetic navigation AGV robot developed in this paper has the performance and practical structure,accurate positioning and other advantages,through the performance test showed a large number of excellent performance,greatly improves the accuracy and stability of the running robot navigation AGV.The research on detail technology of robot is of great significance to promote the popularization and industrialization of AGV robot technology in our country.
