Since the policy of reform and opening up, China’s great development of education hasbeen achieved,especially since the "rejuvenating the country through science andeducation",all types of schools at all levels have developed rapidly, with the scale beingbigger and bigger and the teaching quality steadily improving. But, with the expansion ofeducation development, new requirements for the quality of teaching and teachingmanagement improvement are put forward to improve school teaching management: thetraditional teaching management mode is not suitable for school teaching management,afterthe college’s fast enrollment, the traditional teaching management needs further improvement.With the development of computer technology and its wide application in all walks of life,computer technology has made a great contribution to the development of many industries,the computer and information processing technology is introduced into the field of education,promoting the transformation of traditional management mode of colleges and their scientificmanagement level.With the further promotion of the information construction of colleges, allcolleges have realized the information technology in many aspects of management, such asthe development and application of teaching, teaching management system development. Butin our vocational colleges, because of their professional training and the practical training, theachievements management also have a certain personality and cannot be unified with thesame performance management system, the vocational education should be developed for theschool students’achievement system, according to the actual situation of the development ofthe school.This paper first introduces related concepts,methods, principles in the data miningtechnology, algorithms of association rules in data mining are analyzed and summarized,basedon the analyzing of Apriori algorithm and aiming at the shortcomings of the improvedalgorithm, the algorithms are introduced,bringing the realization of the code of the improvedalgorithm, for example, the same analysis using the Apriori algorithm and the improvedalgorithm, and examples from the mining results with the former algorithm results were compared and analyzed, comparison of the improved algorithm is demonstrated in the miningefficiency advantages. Finally, the improved Apriori algorithm is applied to the educationaladministration system performance analysis subsystem,after a pretreatment on students’information, teacher information, performance data has been mined, in this performanceanalysis system, the author considers student’s test scores, the habits affecting students’learning, learning interest, homework, practice time,the teaching level of teachers, whetherthey are the double-teacher type, the enterprise learning situation has been mined, mining theabove various data generates association rules, association rules can be analyzed to find mainfactors affecting students’ test scores, guidance for the school teaching, students’ learning andstudents’ learning habits, which promotes the school quality of teaching and improves thecomprehensive qualities of students.A summary of the improved algorithm in the application of students’ performance pointsout the inadequacies of this article’s improved algorithm and performance analysis system,theresearch and application work of the future looks bright, the system will continue to improvethe problems found in the process of trial.
