| With the "post-quota era" coming, the garment industry is facing rapidly changing international market, the domestic labor cost is irreversible. As an automatic cutting equipment, cutting machine has been used in garment processing enterprises more than before. The samples collection and nesting are important parts of the initial process in cutting system, they have important influence in helping to improve product quality and reduce production costs, etc. This issue does the appropriate research for the two aspects mentioned above, designs the PC software of cutting machine. The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:1. The camera calibration technique is studied. This paper uses iterative refinement of control points based on Zhang’s calibration algorithm to reduce the control points’s error by the effect of lens distortion, thereby reducing the calibration error.2. The samples’contour extraction process in image is studied, this paper put forward a gray gradient distribution method to obtain the gray image threshold value. Campared with the traditional threshold obtaining method, the new method makes it easier and more accurate to obtain threshold value in some special image.3. The problem of two-dimensional irregular contours’nesting is studied, this paper uses a discretization approach to convert the contour information into a series of digital intervals, which simplifies the judgement of the positional relationship among contours. This paper adds niche ideas into classical particle swarm nesting algorithm, it inhibites the premature convergence in some extent, enhances the global search ability. Then this paper designs and realizes the automatic nesting software, and does experiments for proposed algorithm, gets good results.4. The PC software of cutting system which includes camera calibration module, contour extraction module, samples nesting module, data processing and transmission module is designed. It automates the PC part’s running of cutting machine.5. summarizes the work of this paper, put forward the direction for further improvement and development. |
