With the gradual deepening of e-commerce applications,Internet service model shift tothe electronic online transactions. This changing will inevitably lead to the proliferation ofusers and the diverse of requests.Currently, the important thing is to achieve quick responseto the request. While the previous web server did not done well in Web QoS anddistinguish between the service. All such requests have been treated consistently and lead tothe over loading in the server. So this web site will lose the trust of users.Nowadays WebQoS mechanisms appear, and quickly applied to the e-commerce marketplace.Base on the Web QoS mechanisms, this paper proposes a Web QoS distinction basedload balancing cluster model. According to the type of service request and the service levelfor the division of user authority, high level service requests with high priority schedulingrights, which in the cluster are scheduled to a node by dynamically balancing schedulingfeedback technology, so as to achieve the purpose of distinction of the Web QoS services, meanwhile, also to ensure the load balance for the cluster server.Under the same network and hardware environment conditions, this load balancingcluster model has been tested and compared with some commonly-used load balancingtechnologies, the experimental results proved that the proposed method was much moreeffective. And this model got a good application in Inventiontool cloud platform. This modelhelp the Inventiontool cloud platform to distinguish the diverse requesets, and distribute therequest to the servers basing on the load of the server. The model effectively prevent theinclination of the load between the servers and improve the overall performance of thecluster server.
