With the great development of mobile network, smart phone become more and morepopular in people’s living, working, entertainment, medical and all around. People canaccomplish much more workload by one smart device than a great huge big device has done,so steability became big consideration people cares. Android platform became wild spreadedin these few years, the module used for connecting network is modem. Steadable andeconomic points are more concernment in plenty of applications based in network.Stick to these disadvantages, we design one solutions of low blockable, not morehardware consumptions, high excutation performance and highly extendable based on RPCprincple. It has already used in projects and right and good act of more than100%promption.Also, dual or multy card also been supported in current solutions. Test result werematch our goal and low maintance cost.This thesis has analysised RIL’s specialty and accomplished requirement analysis, designand implementation, also, it will take other solutions as an comparion. Meanwhile, we havedo analysis to peer side on CP. This solutions including design, implementaion, excution andmaintance, and become one high performance solutions.Following specific traits and advantages:1. Low blockable, use remote process call as communication principle, will lowblockable compare to solutions based on AT.Will5times quicker than message blockimplementation.2. Highly customize, use unify interface implementation, only have to change fewinterface combination to accomplish new customers’ requirements.3. Easily to debug and verify, it’s easy to debug because we use auto generation method to generate accordance interface. Important trace log also been set in paticular point toprint logs, it’s easy to trace issue then.
