This paper combined with3D modeling software,Black box theory, Dynaform stamping analysis software to improve the existing production process, design a kind of the switching power supply shell production device, can be highly efficient, reliable production the switching power supply shell products qualified.First of all, the background and significance of the research of the switching power supply shell is introduced. To the prospect of the electronics industry and stamping industry at present, the switching power supply shell production are analyzed. The importance of the switching power supply shell development production equipment is pointed out in this paper. Through studying the present situation and development trends at home and abroad of the switch power supply and the switch power supply shell, put forward the emphasis and difficulty of the switching power supply shell development production equipment.Secondly,Black box theory is introduced in the paper, The paper illustrates the application and method of Black box theory in mechanical design. On the basis of Black box theory the production technology and production equipment of the switching power supply shell is on ansysed.And extracted the innovation point and new production processes. Finally put forward the feasibility program according to the new production processes of mechanical equipment methods.Again, the key mechanical parts of the the switching power supply shell production equipment is researched and designed in this paper. The production equipment is divided into two parts in the coil feed line and the stamping parts.And the two parts are carried out research and analysis. Then3D modeling for mechanical parts is builded using the Solidworks software, mechanical analysis of element of straightening roll the most important application of ANSYS software to the most important part in the coil feed line straightening machine, Finally base on Dynaform software application to the the switching power supply shell are expanded and layout, and the key parts of the stamp is in analysis.Finally, the difficulty in the production of the switching power supply shell riveting nut feeding were analyzed. Compared with the study of various schemes put forward a set ofreliable, efficient implementation program, and the key components is builded on basis of3D modeling software Solidworks. |
