In the country,every year the economic losses of the damaged package due to drop andimpact in logistics transportation is about14billion,it is very great.With the rapiddevelopment of China’s rapid development of transport infrastructure and logisticsindustry.Meanwhile, in order to strengthen the supervision and management of thetransport process,protecting the safety of people and goods.The run department, thesupervision unit and the competent authorities pay attention to the acquisition and analysison the impact and the falling.Therefore,developing the Impact detection recorder in linewith China’s national conditions and meeting the technical performance indicators hasimportant practical significance.The traditional recoder collect the falling and impacting signal is used to postmortemanalysis and most of them are ingle-core systems,limiting the signal collecting andprocessing speed.This topic is based on the rapid development of the traditional recoder and wirelesscommunications,needle the large-power and the recorded signal easily lost and protocolviolation in current, this topic design impacting and falling remote monitoring system basedon wireless sensor technology.The syetem choose MSP430F5529SCM as the core processor,using MEMSaccelerometer ADXL377sensor to collect the impacting and falling signals in the transportenvironment,selecting micro-power wireless data transmission module APC240uploadethe impacting and falling signal to the server,achieve real-time data monitoring.Using binary and dynamic frame slot ALOH fusion algorithm in order to collisionavoidance. Through the power management and software design to further reduce powerconsumption.Using the C language in IAR System to program,throughing JTAG interface todebug.Observing and analysis of communication datas by the serial debugging assistant andthe network debugging assistant.Serial debugging aides and assistants to observe andanalyze network traffic debugging data.The test results show that the system has low powerconsumption, fast networking, etc. and has good practical and promotional value.
