Recently, along with the increase of government’s support on High Education, andalong with the development of High Education, the number of student in high school comeacross rapid increase. Meanwhile, most school pay little attention on EducationalAdministration management, this makes the task of Educational Administrationmanagement became more and more hard. In order to change the disadvantages oftraditional teaching mode, the promotion of network teaching, improve the efficiency ofeducational activities in colleges and universities in China, in order to achieve to improveteaching efficiency and promote mutual communication, the purpose of institutions ofhigher learning educational group according to the our city some educational room dailyteaching work in colleges and universities are faced with the problem, a set of application inthe institutions of higher learning is established educational work management system, themain research contents and achievements of this paper include:1) Earnest research educational management system status quo at home and abroad, putforward the research and development in colleges and universities in our country thenecessity of computer teaching work management system;2) Analyze the business requirements, analysis of the present status of the teachingwork management system, a detailed analysis of the current various business processes andbusiness data and characteristics of the comb for business process;3) To analyze the overall design, according to the demand analysis, the key technology,system architecture, the system module partition and so on carries on the project’s overallanalysis and design, complete the overall scheme design, and the safety of the system,efficiency and reliability;4) According to the relevant technical requirements of the MVC framework, involvedin using Visual Studio platform development Visual area colleges and universities teachingwork management system of computer work, realize my domestic university computerteaching work plan management, application, activity management, information release,resource sharing, and other functions;5) Involved in the educational administration management system, the system test and result analysis.Based on MVC architecture of the B/S mode with C#language educationaladministration management system can effectively improve the processing speed of theeducational administration work, reduce the impact of human factors work for customsdeclaration, at the same time improve the transparency of student aid work, relying on theplatform, strong ability of handling process, provide students with comprehensiveinformation push function, at the same time, the realization of the effective informationtransmission between teachers and students.
