With the Continuous development of theory and application research on Datamining(DM), the technique has increasingly shown its significant place in theenterprises information decision-making and supporting system, and has been one of thekey components in the enterprises informationization strategies. For most ofpetrochemical enterprise, one of the common characteristics is the great amount ofproduct, information flow and capital flow. Applying the technique of DM in theanalysis of the information mentioned above will mean significance in improving theeffectiveness and lowering the cost of the petrochemical enterprise running. The article centres on A group co., LTD. Real-time database implementationproject. Firstly, the article outlines with the important significance of constructingreal-time database at A group co., LTD. Secondly, by adopting international advancedsoftware and mature technology, we combine with the characteristics of A group co.,LTD requirements, introducting the process of real-time database integration platform. We also solve the key technical problems, such as the implementation with a variety ofdata acquisition system docking (DCS system, PLC system and SCADA system, electrical system, etc.); The PI System can collect, store and manage the real-time datain the process of production and analysis of the historical production data of a longcycle. Then according to the needs of the business, the PI System can achieve the effectof statistical form, equipment operation monitoring and business operation monitoring. The real-time database system can also provide various applications such as productingdata to ERP. Finally, this article summarized the research achievements and things wecan improve, and prospected the research works we should intensity in the future.
