Bioelectrical Impedance Tomography is aimed to extract pathologicalinformation and analyze and diagnose the biomedical status of organisms bymonitoring the biometric impedance value and the variation information. Study onlung tissue impedance value can provide a priori information for further research ofBioelectrical Impedance Tomography, which also lays the foundation for the researchof biophysical properties of human tissue and for the study of the multipleelectromagnetic radiation environment impact on the organism. Different biologicaltissue can also be determined depending on the different impedance values clinicallyand the activity of transplanted organs can be estimated properly, which has importantbiomedical significance.By means of experimental and data processing methods, researches onelectrical impedance values and changes of normal rabbit lung tissue, normal humanlung tissue and lung cancer tissue are presented in this paper. The main work of thispaper is shown as follows:1. Do research on the measurements on electrical impedance values of normalhuman lung tissue and lung cancer tissue resected by patients with lungcancer in Cardiothoracic Surgery of Tianjin Medical University GeneralHospital by using the hardware system of4294A impedance analyzer ofAglient Company and the data measurement system established by LabVIEWprogram development software.2. Do research on the measurements on electrical impedance values of normalrabbit lung tissue by using the hardware system of4294A impedance analyzerof Aglient Company and the data measurement system established byLabVIEW program development software.3. Based on an equivalent circuit model of biological impedance and Cole-Colemodel which is the locus of biological tissue impedance on complex plane,the character of impedance-frequency of human and rabbit lung tissuecomplex impedance and the changes of complex impedance spectroscopywith time are studied. The characteristic parameters of normal human lungtissue and lung cancer tissue are extracted.4. Make pathological sections of normal rabbit lung tissue and human normallung tissue,human cancer lung tissue, observe the ultrastructural features of human normal lung cells and lung cancer cells by the microscope, analyzecell structures by professional image analysis software Image-Pro Plus6.0from different angles and find out distinguishing criteria of human normallung tissue and lung cancer tissue from microscopic point.5. Establish a classifier by LMSE Linear Discriminant in Pattern Recognition,which distinguishes electrical impedance data of human normal lung tissueand human cancer lung tissue probably and distinguish normal lung tissue andlung cancer tissue from a theoretical point further.
