Underthe background of the integration of industrialization andinformationlization,more scientific and technological meanswere applied in thedevelopment and growth process of our country’s industrial enterprises. Extensiveeconomic development model and traditional industrial production processes had causedgreat waste on human resources and natural energy. In the view of this situation,this paperpropose a design plan that builda integration system based on the internet of things and thedecisionsupport systems.The application of current advanced things technologies combinewithdecision support systems to industrial enterprises,to achieve comprehensiveperception and intelligent decision-making industrial production and managementprocesses.This paper introduces the research background, task significance and relatedtheoriesof the integrationsystem. For the actual development needs of industrialenterprises, to build aintegrationsystembased on the internet of things and decisionsupportsystem, expand the research on the overall architecture and level design of the integrationsystem. First, todesign the level of the integration system, establish the information systemthat constituted by the perception layer and decision-making.The perception layer with thefunction of comprehensive perception monitoring and the decision-makers can providedecision support for the enterprise production activities. Next, to choosethe complexnetwork theory as a research starting point, optimize the network topology of the systemperception layer with the small-world network model,mining deal the decision data withthe network data mining algorithms and discover structural dynamics knowledge anddynamic changing laws. Finally, tomake the system applied to the enterprises to get thewheel manufacturer’s casting process real-time data and analyze the factors that affectproduct quality.Usingthe decision support data mining methods to obtain decisionknowledge in order to achieve real-time intelligent management of enterprises.
