IOT has become one of the new rounds of strategic high ground in current worldeconomic and technological development, and is considered to be the world’s thirdwave of the information industry after the computer and the internet. IOT has greatapplication prospects in the fields of transportation, public safety, agriculture,environmental protection, industrial production, electricity, logistics, home, medicaland etc. Bus IOT is one of the important applications of IOT in the field of publictransportation. Bus vehicle sensing terminal is the important way to obtaininformation in the bus IOT by the way of wireless network’s transmission in therespect of sensing all kinds of information, which include the state, location, speedof the internal vehicle and environment information of the external vehicle etc.Wireless network access is the basis for all kinds of sensory information’stransmission, so this thesis researches and practically applies the wireless networkaccess system for bus vehicle sensing terminal.Firstly, the vehicle sensor networks are analyzed, and combined with thecharacteristics of the bus IOT, this thesis establishes a kind of network architectureof the bus vehicle sensing network, on this basis of network architecture the relativefunction and structure of the bus vehicle sensor were analyzed. By combining withthe character of the bus vehicle multi-network access, this thesis designs a kind ofbus vehicle sensing terminal wireless network access system’s protocol model, andthe key elements of the model are analyzed.Then, as the Wi-Fi and LTE are the important way of information transmissionin the bus IOT, this thesis analysis and researches the Wi-Fi and LTE’s networkaccess protocol. On the basis, this thesis selects the ZYNQ of the FPGA (FieldProgrammable Gate Array) as a platform, which is with rich logical design resources,designs the hardware and software for the bus vehicle sensing terminal wirelessnetwork access system, which contains both Wi-Fi and LTE.Thirdly, guided by the development of embedded hierarchy and based on thehardware and software’s design of LTE and Wi-Fi, the bus vehicle sensor terminalwireless network access system are achieved after the relative OS driver’sdevelopment, kernel configuration and compilation software porting. Then thesystem was tested in the respect of connectivity. Finally, the wireless network access system for bus vehicle sensing terminal isverified in an actual project application. This system is mounted on the bus, testedthe transmission system’s property in the Wi-Fi and LTE’s coverage area.
