Video means a series of still images to capture, record, process, store, transmitand reproduce a variety of techniques by electrical signals’ ways, which are to record,reproduce and express a variety of dynamic images for human beings and thingsaround the world. Digital video refers to the ways of the digital technology for capture,record, processing, storage, transmission and reproduction of information anddynamic image for picture. The English corresponding phrase is Digital video. Digitalvideo also tends to the acquisition of digital video equipment or system.Today, with the development of computer technology, each link of the digitaltechniques has been used in television technology. Due to each link of digitization forediting, video and transmission of video, the video quality greatly enhances. Thequality of the video is composed of the qualities for image resolution, image color,image color saturation and brightness of the image. These factors firstly depends onthe quality of the original materials collection of video equipment, but the post-editing,production, output also play a decisive role in these elements. So the elements for thequality of hue, color saturation and brightness control such as the post production andthe program output become a top priority among the digital video programs.Now more and more domestic television channel, greatly increasing the demandfor television broadcast, and video filming and post production work have also greatlyincreased. The timeliness of the TV program is very strong, so the post editing,production work should follow-up fast on the basis of quality assurance. In the postproduction process, how to complete the task with high quality and high efficiency,become the key point and difficulties for the persons in charge for post production.The main methods used in post production to control the video quality is manualadjustment, however, many uncontrollable factors, such as influences of environment,equipment quality, level of operators, operators and emotion, led to the instablequality of video output.I work in the CCTV technology center in charge for post digital video production.We also encounter the above-mentioned problems in our daily work. In order to solvethese problems, I developed a software, namely,"color quality control plug-insoftware" and implanted into the Lustre software being used by our current work.With this plugin, we can not affected by the influences of many uncontrolled factors,such as environment, equipment quality, level of operators, operator emotions, so thatwe can produce videos fast, accurately, simply, skillfully with more abundant colorsand videos meeting the broadcast quality.
