There is an increasingly rapid pace of life in today’s society, leading to a graduallyincreased number of cases of cardiovascular disease. Meanwhile, the age-decreasing trendof heart disease patients occurred. Prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation is akey in the field of cardiovascular health, and about80%cases of the premature deathcaused by heart attack can be avoided on the premise of taking an early medicalexamination. So, providing a simple and low-priced cardiovascular disease detectionmethod is very significant. Ballistocardiagram(BCG) signal acquisition technology basedon Newton’s third law. Extracting the weak mechanical signals of gravity directiongenerated by heart ejection, and then the rough BCG signal was pre-amplified by a chargesensitive amplifier, filtered by a band pass filter with pass band between30Hz to40Hz, andthen amplified100times. It is helpful to the early detection of cardiovascular disease dueto the abundant information of cardiovascular function the BCG signals contained. Becauseof the noninvasive, convenient, fast, low-cost advantages, it’s very suitable for dailymonitoring of cardiovascular disease.A new BCG signal acquisition system based on PVDF piezoelectric film is presentedin this thesis. The reliability and validity of the system are verified by collecting andanalyzing the BCG signals of healthy subjects. On this basis, the blood pulse signal (MB)and electrocardiogram (ECG) signal synchronous acquisition module are added in thesystem, making sure the BCG signals were recorded with ECG and blood pulse recordedsynchronously as reference signals. To deal with the noise signals by using the wavelettransform, in order to improve the accuracy of the signal extraction. Using the fractaltheory to analyze and compare the BCG signal of healthy people and patients with heartdisease, validate the effectiveness of its detection in cardiovascular diseases.
