The Study On Instructions Learning System Based On Production Rules

Since there are a lot of deficiencies in conventional classroom learning, thecomputer-assisted learning come into being at the proper time to overcome those shortages.Artificial intelligence have made enormous progress in decades, expert system is veryrepresentative of intelligence application system. Judging from the current situation, mostlearning system only can browse and look up the knowledge, ignoring learners’self-regulated and self-reflection abilities and can’t embody specific teaching ideas.Combined with the above situation, this paper research the problem of combiningproduction rules and instruction learning system together so intelligentize learning system.This paper presents a instructions learning system model based on developmentenvironment of VC6.0. The system is consist of knowledge base, inference machine,interpreter and human-computer interface and so on. Through the learners inputtedprograms, acquire initial facts and infer according to rules, interpret where the program iswrong and provide modify suggestions and corresponding knowledge. The system usingobject-oriented technology, has very good stability and extendibility.From fundamental theory and prerequisite knowledge this paper researches therelationship between production rule and single-chip computer instructions. The acquisitionand representation of knowledge, the building of rules, the design of inference andinterpreter has been discussed in this paper. The learning system uses the knowledgerepresentation based on production rules. and object-oriented methods. the knowledge basewith such structure has features of credibility, high-efficiency and easy-maintainable. Themodularity and hierarchy of the system make the inference more efficiently. The interpreterof the learning system will show where it is wrong and provide with correspondingknowledge so that the learners can find problems in time.As a whole, the learning system presented has simple structure and is well designed.And it has implemented the function and reached to the goal.
