In this paper, according to the current our country starts its television signalsformat coexist, facing of the actual situation of Heilongjiang TV station designconforms to the actual demand to adapt to the new system for high-definitiontelevision career development in our country and the standard definition ofcompatible broadcast system.The first chapter simply introduces the design of this system background, andAFD technology development present situation at home and abroad. The secondchapter introduces the type of proportion transform the basic mode andimplementation method, etc., and the realization method of transformation effect.The third chapter discusses the AFD embedded in principle. We will research onsignal transmission in the process of encoding, AFD as ancillary data insertion andtransmission in the signal. Suitable for Heilongjiang TV AFD embedded process sothat the system is more smooth and effective use of AFD technology. The fourthchapter analyzes the Heilongjiang TV station and the actual business situation,design the system can meet the requirements of Heilongjiang TV station, and ananalysis of the responsibility of the system as well as add AFD detection.High definition is a worldwide trend, is also China’s efforts in the direction ofthe TV. At present, the television stations at all levels in starts with information inthe process of groping forward. The newly built Heilongjiang TV starts with systemin national television industry in a leading position, has also had the expert’sinvestigation and evaluation of radio, film and television, and in the actual work,undertake the task of heilongjiang TV station channel multiple security broadcast.
