Secondly, data management,statistical analysis of the real estate financial management systems and businessprocess management needs to be analyzed and summarized. Again, combined withknowledge of financial management and software engineering knowledge, the systemis divided into six modules, including financing and financial business management,investment management, operations management, distribution management, andfinancial projections, financial decisions, financial control and financial analysis andevaluation all of witch are integrated into the system. The system is independent andloosely coupled with software system structure. This feature to adapt thepolicy-related financial data changes in the system underlying data support. Theestablishment of a data dictionary module makes the system to upgrade more urgentand flexible.In the realization of technology, this paper introduces the design andimplementation of financial management system based on J2EE technology and the SSH framework. The web page is implemented by Ajax, JQuery and so on. Inaddition, the approval process was designed by JBPM workflow with the business offallback and rejecting operation. Including the reports was developed by Jfreechart. Inthe security aspect, MD5architecture was used to protect the data security asencryption algorithm.
