The Analysis And Design Of HIV Criminals Management Software

With the development and progress of the society, all trades and professions enter intoinformation age successively, while information construction of the prison in our country isrelatively behind compared with other industries. These show in the following aspects like itslate start and the information enclosed. With the development and application of relatedbusiness software, the prison information construction is gradually improving. Especially inrecent years, it has made significant progress such as the application of measuring software,application of auditing software, application of commutation and parole software, theapplication of criminal information management software, application of situationinvestigation prison system software, application of video monitoring system and some othersoftware, which improve office efficiency in every prison’s department. However, overallapplication degree is not high, and in this piece of offender management for AIDS is still ablank.In view of the above mentioned situation, the main work of this paper is to analyze anddesign a set of daily management software for the HIV criminals supervision prison so thatthe current HIV criminals’ management realize informative office through the system. Thesystem can improve prison guards’ work efficiency and achieve the target that prisonsupervision order is more stable. The paper regards Lechang’ s HIV Criminals SupervisionPrison as the prototype. I summarize current work content in Sick Criminal SupervisionPrison and its process of the work by combining with my own practical work experience andcomplete the analysis of daily management needs of HIV criminals. Besides, the system use design techniques such as UML, SQL and so on for analyzing and modeling. This system canbring the following several functions for prison work: one is the informative office，improving work efficiency; two is to save resource which is more convenient to store andcheck by making on-duty diary digital; three is the integration of criminal information andhealth records, which is more convenient for the prison guards’ management about crimeinformation. The four is to set different users’ permission right and standardize guards’ workprocess in different position, thus ensuring the efficient completion of work quality. The mainfunctions of this system include the followings: the setting of users’permission right, enteringand check of criminals’ information, criminal health archives management, filling in andcheck for on-duty diary and publishing and management for information version.
