Mircoblog, rich in meaning and value in the political, economic, cultural and educationalaspect, is the most popular social way in Web3.0era. As being the first information source andopinion forming place of the whole social discursive field, the first position of anti-corruptioncampaign, is widely participating and influencing the real word. The effect is not limited insingle affair, as the social sentiment generated area, Mircoblog would change China’s socialecology and sociopolitical context. It can not be trivialized. Among the processing of theMircoblog sentiment, government’s response is a technical task, it must be facing rationally andaccept the change of situation, responding with open and liberal attitude.The text divides into six parts; the first chapter mainly introduced the aim, background,related research, content and method of the research, leads to the topic. The second chapterdiscusses about the link between Mircoblog and public emergencies.The third chapter analyzes the influence of Mircoblog sentiment’s to government in dealingwith emergency events. Meanwhile taking the cross years’ case of Zhengzhou “estate sister”,from December in2012to January in2013, to study as the example. Derivates the negativeimpacts of the Mircoblog sentiment, and the problems in management control it aroused to thegovernment.The forth and fifth chapters are the body parts of the essay. The forth part analyzes thescarcity in government’s response. In connection with the result of the analyzing, the fifth partsuggests the strategy in responding to emergency events.The last part is the ending part, summarizes the thesis and reflects the limitations of thestudy, also puts forth suggest to the further study.
