With the continuous development of modern enterprises, the companies need amodern warehouse management to meet corporate progress. However, so far there area large number of small and medium-sized enterprises which rely on manpower tocount and summary the data for loading and unloading. This is not only atime-consuming big workload and complicated operation, but also do not facilitate forinformation query and data transferring.This kind of manual management wayalready can’t conform to the trend of the development of the modernization oflogistics in our country. Two-dimensional code technology developed maturely,withfeatures of a large information capacity,high reliability, confidentiality, reading speed,strong error correction capability, low cost economy and so on.After the rise ofmobile devices, applications combined with the popular industry is to play its role tothe extreme.So in the warehouse management system of the small and medium-sizedenterprise, it is necessary to create an automatic loading and unloading systemapplication, which is low cost and easy to operate, with a high degree in automation,security and practicability.In this thesis, on the basis of researching QR code encoding and decoding,QRcode was applied to the storage system, combined with the characteristics of thestorage system hardware QR code recognition algorithms to improve and enhance theQR code on the handheld terminal recognition speed, thereby increasing accessprocess efficiency library.In this thesis, the completion of the work as follows:(1) On the basis of analysis of domestic and international research status ofTwo-dimensional code recognition technology and out-put and in-put of warehousesystem,the thesis put forward the research background and significance.(2) Research the principle of QR coding and decoding.According to thecharacteristics of the storage system hardware and algorithm of QR codes positionedto improve information extraction,proposed QR code image recognition methodbased on characteristics of the sign,then,through experiment, it is proved that the algorithm is more efficient and with higher recognition rate than traditional QR coderecognition.(3) Analyzing the general loading and unloading work warehouse process,andused QR code technology to design an in-out warehouse management system withhardware-based,the overall detailed design,module functions,database.(4) QR code technology will be applied to the storage system and implement therelevant module.Since it is low in cost, east to be installed and operated and high in security, theQR Code studied in this article has provided great facility to the process of outbound,warehousing and inventory in storage management. It has also greatly improved theefficiency. Besides, The Data updated in real time benefits the decision-makingprocess. All these make it capable to promote the informatization, automation,efficiency in material management work when popularized and applied in middle andsmall-sized enterprises.
