Since the21st century, human material life level are rapidly increased because ofthe development of electronic, information, network etc. Meanwhile many majorissues are emerging whitch related to human survival and progress, that have toarouse people’s attention. Such as energy crisis, food shortages, food safety and othersocial problems. It will affect and even threat the human society, if it not disposedproperly.In response to social food safety and food shortages in some circumstances, theLED vegetable plants control system indoor has carried on the design and research inthis paper, and focus on develop a project which is low cost, low power consumption,feasible and practical. Specific content is as follows:(1)The STM32chip of ST company was used as the main mcu of wholecontrol system. It laid a foundation of low power consumption, low cost for thesystem performance by its strong processing capacity, rich peripherals and low powerconsumption etc. Simultaneously, designed a control scheme based on CAN buswhich made the system in a reliable, practical, anti-interference, low cost etc, and alsocreated conditions for the system scalability.(2)The embedded real-time kernel μC/OS-II was used as a softwaredevelopment platform to achieve the task scheduling, complex operation, such assynchronous relationship. So the costing, efficiency, real-time of system also got greatsatisfaction. Simultaneously, the embedded graphics system μC/GUI was used ashuman-computer interaction interface development platform, it made a outstandingperformance in humanity, portability etc.(3)Using constant current of PWM dimming which improved the efficiency ofthe circuit greatly, reduced the power consumption, and enhance the service life of theLED lamp bead. It correspond with the society concept of green energy-saving.This project study solved lots of issues about the indoor LED vegetable plantcontrol system. For instance, the high cost, poor efficiency, difficult to industrialization and many other questions. Finally, realized the intelligent control ofthe indoor vegetable factory, reached the purpose of energy saving, environmentalprotection and can be commercially.
