The current electricity distribution and consumption system have the distributionautomation, the electricty information collection, marketing management and so on, butmost of them are isolated, there is no data sharing, resulting in "islands of information",poor interoperability and many other problems, it’s not conducive to operationalcoordination across sectors. Simultaneously with the development of the smart grid,power systems expanding the scope of data collection, the future information systemwith electric side facing a major challenge of woefully inadequate at data storage andanalysis capabilities. So, it’s necessary to builde the smart distribution integrated systembased on cloud strorage. Because of the system include multi-domain user, it’s accesscontrol security problem can’t be ignored.In integration of the electricity distribution system, the paper analyze the necessityof smart distribution integrated system, and then designed the overall system architecture,deployment and function based on Hadoop cloud storage.In the data integration and storage, connection with heterogeneous data integrationand mass data storage needs for electricity distribution system, the paper in-depth studyof the IEC61968and cloud storage key technologies, construction of data integrationmodel based CIM and HBase.This paper use Hbase to realize the storage of CIM model,that can be achieved by the integration of heterogeneous data standards to facilitate datasharing, and to meet the massive data storage requirements.For the access control problems of smart distribution system based on cloud strorage,the paper have in-depth study of the system’s access control mechanisms, against the lackof role-based access control model and design a based credibility and attributes’ roleaccess control model for the system that under cloud storage environment.Finally, this paper have build a small Hadoop cluster, to tested and compared thedata storage performance, and then achieved the based credibility and attributes’ roleaccess control model in the distribution integrated system based on cloud storageenvironment. Through the experiments, we have proved the necessity of introduce cloudstorage and the designed access control model suitable for the integreatd system based oncloud storage environment, and the experimental results have analyzed the feasibility andefficiency of this project.
