Research On Remote Management System For Teachers In Guiyang County Hunan Province

Teacher management is an important part of education and management of Guiyang County teacher management in-depth study for the county education policy-makers and leaders to provide certain management tools and theoretical basis is very important. With all levels of Guiyang County, the rapid development of primary and secondary education, the increasing demand for teachers, for teachers on the urgent need to improve the management to a new level. There are414types of schools and6085teachers in Guiyang county until2012. The disadvantages such as inefficient and poor supervision in the traditional teacher management system Guiyang County has been showed by the growth numbers of teachers, the old system has severely restricted the development of education in Guiyang County.Based on the traditional teacher management system Guiyang County, lack of unified planning, management level gap between urban and rural, old-fashioned management and supervision mechanism is imperfect, single defects such as teacher evaluation strategy proposed Guiyang County Teachers remote management system, not only to achieve cross-domain management, thus shortening the gap between urban and rural areas, and more open, adding participate in the management of teachers, parents participate in the monitoring, evaluation strategies, and many times diversified management mechanism and function. In addition, in order to achieve information management system for teachers in the user’s unified identity management, unified authentication and network applications unified management of resources, raise teachers’ information management system unified authentication platform design. In the end of this paper, the author take the system compared with another two remote teacher management system and analysis the advantages of the new system.The research in this paper is a information research based on traditional teacher management system Guiyang County, it proves a positive guidance to the development of education for Guiyang County.
