Within the military information construction process in China, the digital camp has beenconsidered as an important part of information construction whose main function is toimprove and guarantee the informatization construction level. This paper has designed anarmy camp management system that focuses on the three modules, the equipmentmanagement, the access control management and the vehicle management based onRFID(Radio Frequency Identification Device) technology that has changed the basic units ofinformation management in the camp by relying on manual and artificial operation. So thisproposed management is of great significance for the grass-roots army military camps.RFID technology is a wireless automatical identification technology and an innovativeautomatical identification technology. The technology has many outstanding characteristicslike non-contact, high-speed anti-collision identification and easy to operate, so it can beapplied to a variety of harsh environment, the use of force meet the requirements, especially itcan be well applied to the military camp management.Firsly, after deeply analyzing the equipment, basic access control and vehiclemanagement, the paper has studied the requirements analysis and clearly explicated thenecessity and function of the system design. The topology and software of the system hasbeen determined and the management process of the equipment, the access control and thevehicle have been studied in this paper.Secondly, on the basis of demand analysis, the thesis has detailed the equipmentmanagement, accessing control management and the function of this three modules of vehiclemanagement, and the function of the modules are described by Using B/S architecture as thesystem architecture, the establishment of the database are analyzed, so the systemmaintenance and operation have gotten a solid guarantee.Thirdly, the system has used Struts+Spring+Hibernate integrated developmentframework, quickly built a clear structure, good reusability, convenient maintenance of Webapplication and realized the function of the equipment management, access controlmanagement, vehicle management. It has been proven that the designed system hasstandardized the management, and improved the system efficiency.
