With the development of IOT (Internet of Things), more and more areas utilize thetechnology to replace traditional methods to improve efficiency. The traditional method ofYellow River Water Environment mainly depend on information collection on the spot, thenobtain the relevant data by analyzing samples back to the laboratory. This approach is a wasteof human resource while efficiency is not high. Water Environment Monitoring system basedon3G mobile platform not only solve the problem of over-reliance on human resources, butalso save plenty of cabling costs and improve the efficiency of Water EnvironmentMonitoring system maximally.Although the application of the internet of things immensely improved the efficacy ofdata gathering and analyzing in the Yellow River Water Environment Monitoring, thesecurity problem which yield in the transmitting process needs to be overcome. In the sensorlayer, the data collected from several of sensors, sending to the end communicationequipment, mainly transmitted by wire, not by different link group which can be vulnerable,leading to data corruption and loss; transmitting data by using3G platform identicallygenerates security problem which could easily cause information loss and damage. Hence, thesafety of the sensor and3G layer is largely a matter of national GIS(Geographic InformationSystem) security, remaining a key factor in the water environment transmission, of whichguarantees the national GIS information not to be stolen or leaked.The perception layer and network layer security primarily are achieved by technicalimplementation of cryptography throughout the system. First of all, perception layer collectall the water environment data which will be encrypted and signed. Then send these encryptedand signed data to application layer users through short-range wireless communicationtechnology and3G Network. The user authenticates the information and ensures theauthenticity of all data. According to known public key to decrypt encrypted information,then get the plain clear information. And then to analyze all data which obtained in order tocontinue the following operations.This paper primarily through the design which is identify authentication protocol andimproved hybrid encryption algorithm to ensure security during the transmission of waterenvironment motoring system. The technology mainly including: WPKI (Wireless PublicKey Infrastructure) technology and improved hybrid encryption algorithm. Finally, accordingto the use of algorithm design applications to implement functionalities, such as encryptionand decryption. Through the applications, it can be satisfy the needs which requireconfidentiality and integrity during the Water Environment information transfer process.
