Pneumatic logistics transmission system jamming point detection technology is a newrise of technology for solving the real life of Pneumatic Logistics Transmission Pipelinefrequently occurrence of blockage. This technology is more and more widely used in themodern life and it plays a great role to solve the hospital Pneumatic Logistics Transmitdrug and operation supplies, bank deliver bill and documents, large factories transferdevice and materials in blocking problem. How to put forward a more effective and moreaccurate positioning of the blockage method and then designed by this method blockdetection device has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper, combined with the existing pipeline plugging technology at home andabroad, put forward two kinds of Pneumatic Logistics jamming point detection scheme.Through the comparison of two schemes, focus on the block detection technology based onthe eddy current, and the design thought and the overall scheme are given. Firstly, it is abold innovation for the design thought, the pneumatic pipeline blockage detection of thetransition point is changed into the detection of metal bombshell, then the blocking pointdetection is more easily and the detection accuracy is improved. Secondly, the technologyof eddy current based on balance coil is used for design principle, according to theelectromagnetic characteristics of the current coil, deduces the variation along with themovement of metal bombshell into coil, on the basis to judge the metal bombshell throughthe coil whether or not, and the accuracy and precision of detection are greatly improved.Based on this theory, the paper offers a realizable scheme of an intelligent block detectiondevice, composed of coil launch circuit, coil receive circuit, front end amplification circuit,phase detection circuit and single chip circuit etc, and through the serial communication toconnect to the PC machine for remote monitoring detection process. The design of coilprobe and control circuit is crucial. For the probe part, the size and position of transmittingcoil and receiving coil should be designed accurately to insure their stabilization. The control circuit part is the acquisition and processing of signals, the since wave wasproduced by circuit must have a stable frequency, then the received signal pass the filter,amplification, signal adjustment, peak maintain etc, The last is composed of a single chipcomputer acquisition and processing. At the same time in hardware design, in order tomake the detection process is graphically displayed more intuitively in front of inspectionpersonnel, VC++is used to realize the detection process, then to achieve the purpose ofhuman-computer interaction. Lastly, the testing effect and function of this block detectiondevice are shown through experiment in the paper.
