Wireless sensor networks (WSN) is a multi-hop and ad hoc network which is formed by a large number of sensor nodes that deployed in the monitored area, the purpose is to obtain information on the target area, and send the observer. WSN involves network communication technology, embedded technology, sensor technology, wireless transmission technology, it has a very broad application prospects in the21st century and will have a significant impact on people’s lifestyles. However, due to the small size, limited energy storage and energy supply can not be real-time in the WSN, so the data fusion of WSN has aroused enough attention. Data fusion can effectively enhance the reliability of data transmission and reduce the amount of data, achieve the purpose of saving energy.In this paper, proposing one hierarchical data fusion approach based on clustering routing in wireless sensor networks through in-depth analysis of WSN technology and data fusion technology. For the source node of clustering routing, establishing a double filtering mechanism based on confidence interval estimation algorithm and Kalman filter; For cluster head in the clustering routing, the traditional fuzzy logic weighted algorithm corresponding to its improved algorithm is proposed, first remove small deviation data with K-means, and then use linear estimation algorithm for further revision on the original data. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective to enhance the level of data reliability, reducing the amount of data transmission and achieve energy-saving purposes.
