Due to the development of power electronic technology,people’s life is more convenient, but this progress also endanger our life.Power electronic technology make electrical energy’s control and use more convenient.But because the power electronic device is nonlinear,so electrical energy is affected.These devices inject lots of harmonic into electricity grid.Harmonic have both a harm to electricity grid and electrical equipment.Harmonic has become an important indicator that is used to measure electronic quality.Harmonic suppression is a research direction now.Beacuse active power filter has unique advantage in harmonic suppression,it had been widely used.Active power filter had become a research topic.In this paper,research subject is three-phase three-wire shunt APF.The operating principle of APF is introduced,the mathematical model and work model are derived.ip-iq detection method is used to detect harmonic.A double mode control strategy based on repetitive control and one cycle control is used to trace and control current,so the system has high tracking accuracy and fast dynamic response.The time delay compensation is introduced,so compensation performace of system is improved. The MATLAB/SIMULINK software is used to build simulink model.Repetitive control,one cycle control and double mode control are used to trace and control reference current.Steady-state compensation and dynamic compensation of various menthod are compared.The simuliation results show that repetitive control has high steady-state accuracy,but its dynamic performance is poor.One cycle control has quick dynamic response,but its steady-state accuracy is worse than repetitive control.Double mode control balance steady-state accuracy and dynamic response.The time delay compensation is simulinked.Time delay compensation is added to one cycle control,the results show that system’s compensation performance is improved.The experiment device of parallel three-phase three-wire active power filter was built,TMS320F2812is control center and inverter is PM25RSK120.The parameters of main circuit was caculated,the detection circuit,driving circuit and protection circuit were introduced. Active power filter’s programs were edited in CCS3.3,including the main program and subroutines, subroutines include AD sampling subroutine,subroutine of load current change rate caculation,harmonic caculation subroutine,current tracking and control subroutine and DC voltage control subroutine.Every program was debuged.Finally,software and hardware were combined,the whole system was debuged.Repetitive control,one cycle control and time delay compensation were proved in the experiment device.The characteristic of two control method were identified and experimental results showed that the time delay compensation is right.
