The modernization of industry is developing very quickly, and itcontinues to expand the scale, the technology engineering and manufacturingtechnology to produce devices become more and more complex. These propose ahigher requirement of the development of enterprise information integration andautomation. In this case, the PC-based industrial monitoring and controlsystems for industrial processes with its centralized management, decentralizedcontrol, centralized monitoring and management features. It is a collection ofexcellent methods and technology of communication technology, computertechnology and many other aspects. Distributed control system plays a veryimportant role in monitor configuration software. It is applied in most of themodern industrial production. Thus, the development and study of configurationsoftware have a great significance.In this paper, Based on the advantages and disadvantages of thewell-known domestic and foreign industrial control configuration software, thenproposed a design and implementation method configuration software based onLinux operating system. The man-machine interface is the use of configurationsoftware window, i.e. the graphics configuration system. Through it can realizethe control of simulation scene, and testing of the detected data of real-timedisplay. The core of configuration software is real-time database. Through thereal-time database save the information of system normal operation and thereal-time data, and complete the transaction alarm, data collection andarchiving, accident treatment, scheduling, and a variety of functions.First of all, according to the analysis of the characteristics of theconfiguration software, the in this paper completed the overall design of theconfiguration software architecture. Based on the structure of the framework,and use the thought object-oriented design. Taking QT software toolkit asdevelopment environment, designed the graphical subsystem. Implementationof primitive properties and methods for abstraction, primitive to complete thedesign of the base class,and monitoring images created,etc. Then based on thecharacteristics of the real-time database system and key technology, and designthe structure of the real-time database and the management pattern. Use these tomonitor the real-time data, and so on. Finally, the real-time data processing and communication are discussed in this paper, and proposed the method ofusing the shared memory to achieve real-time data processing, And analyzes thefunction of OPC system in configuration software. And proposed using UDP anddouble buffer queue method to improve real-time performance and the efficiencyof data communication network.
