In order to meet the demands, such as scale enlarging, multi-campus teaching and credit system reform, etc. which are raised by the rapid development of China’s education and to ensure Curriculum Schedule work to operate in the efficient, stable and safe mood, in this paper, the features of water vocational-technical colleges as a starting point, uses the genetic algorithms as the main technical means to deal with the problem, plans and designs rationally, realizes the intelligent Curriculum Schedule system eventually, substantially reduce the burden of manual work, enables the Curriculum Schedule tasks complete efficiently and accurately.The main idea of this paper is to solve the Curriculum Schedule problem approximately, which is a constrained and multi-objective optimization portfolio problem, by using the special abilities of GA such as adaptive, random search and highly parallel. Concluded on the basis of previous work, this paper mainly analyzes the new problem raised by the teaching reform, describes the practical significance of designing Curriculum Schedule system; summarizes the main factors, objectives and mathematical description involved in the Curriculum Schedule problem; analyzes the demands in business processes and working relationships based on the actual situation of water vocational-technical colleges, and complete the analysis and design of necessary functions; makes the overall design of a reasonable functional framework by analyzing a requirements; designs the conceptual model and data tables of this system, especially the operations of coding scheme, cross-cutting programs and conflict detection of GA; merges the B/S and C/S structure, and constructs the common platform for the senate, teachers and students; achieves curriculum schedule system by using C#and SQL Server2000. The practical applications of curriculum schedule system proved that curriculum from this system can meet the needs.
