The wireless sensor network which is made of the terminal node, the routing node and the aggregation node transfers the original data which is collected by terminal nodes to the PC server; and which compared with the industrial field bus has many advantages, for example, simple wiring, high mobility, having a lower failure rate, low power consumption and stable data transmission etc. With the continuous development of industrial modernization, some large and medium-sized coal enterprises have been upgraded with different degrees of coal mine safety monitoring system of original, such as installing the digital monitoring system. But the aspect of mining equipment field diagnosis develops slowly, and it eventually leads that some security risks can not be found in time. Because the mine site condition is harsh, the mine site has many production processes, and is affected easily by the fire, flood, dust, mine roof collapse, roadway gas and so on. If there are improper operations in the various processes and links of the mine site, and it will cause a malfunction or an accident, and the most serious cases will produce significant life safety threat to the site workers. Therefore, the study of new coal mining enterprises scene for complex integrated control system, equipment diagnosis and optimal management tools is essential for coal mine production safety.This system provides remote technical support and guarantee for the coal mine enterprises through theoretical analysis, design, constructing mathematical model, simulation, practice, using the computer network technology, the wireless sensor devices, combined with the equipment fault diagnosis technology, using a number of computer as a server, establishing monitoring points in key equipment in coal mine enterprise site, using the wireless sensor devices sensing device status information, transmission of information to the host computer server by the wireless sensor network, and finally through the multi-source information fusion technology, the principle of knowledge combined with the experience and knowledge, technology of intelligent field equipment fault diagnosis, a diagnostic analysis of the fusion center, and the diagnosis software to mine site equipment. Finally, test is done to verify the diagnosis fusion process in a laboratory.
