Legalnews is frequently beset by the moral abnormality while exerting its influence,especially in the context of the new media development based on the internet, whichmakes the moral failures even more serious. Then, analyze the causes of moral failures of the legal news fromdifferent aspects, including media, the supervision of the government and theaudience and so on.In the end, we can come to such conclusion as profound social causes lead tothe moral failures of legal news. So as far as I am concerned, in order to better settlethe problems of the moral failures with regard to the current legal news, we should first regularize the behavior of the media and its working staff. Then, put the legalsystem and industry community to better use. Last, exsert the influence of theeducation of the higher institutions.
