With the rapid development of electronic commerce, financial networks and information networks are combined organically. Living in domestic or abroad, more and more people are accustomed to shopping online. Meanwhile, consider about the sharp increase in the number of information and goods, it often takes a lot of time and energy for people to find useful information through redundant information. In recent years, with the mature of data mining technology and information analysis technology, product recommended shopping guide system came into being. These systems can guide people to find their need, improve company revenue, increase customer loyalty, reduce losses, and get greater benefits with low-cost.The author use both web mining technology and information-based recommendation technology to start research and development work in this paper, and hope to achieve a payment products shopping guide system prototype. There are four subsystems in this project. They are information collection subsystem, structured information extraction subsystem, sentiment analysis subsystem, guide decision subsystem. They finish these jobs:product information crawling, information management, extraction of explicit and implicit information on the subject, emotional tendencies analysis, cluster analysis and other functions. I participated in the design and implementation of all four subsystems, their main work is as follows:information acquisition subsystem get product information from the internet and provide management of information; extraction subsystem provide the ability to do structured extraction from target information, and get explicitly and implicitly comment object and word; Emotion tendency analysis subsystem can establish emotional dictionaries and do emotion tendency analysis, it also can get the clustering results of the tendency analysis results with clustering method. This shopping guide program aims to provide users personalized product recommendations.Currently, the basic function of the project has been achieved successfully, and the project worked well in company’s network. The project will help the Company to improve customer service quality and increase customer loyalty.
