With China’s rapid economic and social development, people’s living standards are improved, China’s electricity consumption is also increasing. Electricity in people’s daily life and socio-economic development process plays an irreplaceable role. At present, China’s power of information technology has also made considerable progress. Energy Metering Information security is not only an important in power of information construction, but also play role in ensuring stable and rapid development of China’s power industry.In this paper,we considered problems in the traditional terminal equipment of high power consumption, large volume, low performance and transmission security is not higher question data in power communication process,so we design a field service terminal with encryption and decryption functions. The terminal control processing unit AT91SAM9G45microprocessor, operating frequency is400MHz, which it base on the company introduced a Samsung ARM926EJ-S core32-bit RISC embedded microprocessor chip and can meet the low power consumption, small volume, high performance requirements of the embedded system in the encryption and decryption functionThis paper base on the symmetric encryption technology as the base theory.The National Cipher Management Bureau used SM1algorithm to the operator identification,the key security management, key data encryption protection,data integrity protection and data integrity protection which guaranteed the electric energy data acquisition system, data reading, parameter setting, tripping, recharge, remote key update, and electricity information key related data and information security So the product has a high practical value.
