In the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen, Chinese economic system reform hasentered a new stage. It emphasized the decisive role of the market in the economicdevelopment of the meeting, and it stressed that focusing on the market plays adecisive role in the allocation of resources to deepen economic system reform, adhereto and improve the basic economic system, speeding up the improvement of themodern market system, macro regulation and control, the open economy system,promote the economy more efficient, more fair, more sustainable development. But theTV shopping industry is in accordance with the direction of economic development.TV shopping industry belongs to the third industry, and the characteristics of it isperfect services, open etc. What’s more, the market is consistent with the modernmarket system. HX QVC is an outstanding TV shopping Company. It is located in thenew media, the Internet, television shopping, integration, mobile phone and other nonstore catalog virtual channel, providing a wide range of quality products and servicesto customers. HX QVC is market-oriented. It upgrades the commodity quality,continues to strengthen the focus on the development of the market outside theprovince, builds brand characteristics, specification of propaganda, sets up informationplatform, promotes the capital operation, and actively listing.This paper studies the process of domestic and foreign TV shopping as well as thedevelopment of strategic management theory and e-commerce theory. And the HaoXiang Shopping Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "HX QVC") make adetailed introduction. Then, through a variety of models of TV shopping industry andthe use of strategic management theory, analysis HX QVC and studies the existingmode of development advantage, disadvantage, opportunity, challenge. The advantagesand disadvantages are compared with detailed explanation. By combining theadvantages and disadvantages of HX QVC and explore the challenges andopportunities of further study of HX QVC development strategy for the future. Thedevelopment strategy of HX QVC is divided into: business strategy, growth strategy,competition strategy. Among them, the competitive strategy of cost leadership strategyand difference is the focus of development strategy, and growth strategy about the future HX QVC for further development. Business strategy will introduce a good enjoyshopping business philosophy and marketing strategy. Finally, through the analysis toolof the strategic management theory, SWOT analysis, we will have the results of theoverall development strategy of the enterprise and according to the analysis results, thespecific analysis to HX QVC development way in the future will also appear.
