It began to replace computer gradually.In order to adapt to the needs of the market, the major manufacturers have alsobegun to develop a better phone system and development platform according to the userneeds. Qualcomm has been the leader of the communications industry.It already has alarge number of patents in the past. But it is a constant pursuit of excellence in business.Starting from2000, Qualcomm has stand in front of peers, and develop the Brewplatform. According to the changing market, Qualcomm developed value-addedservices on the basis of the previously Brew platform. Brew platform with value-addedservices, not only can make people develop better and more pleasing user interface,butalso can achieve new value-added services.After reading lots of books about BREW, I described the Brew platform frameworkknowledge, MVC theory,event handing mechanism. According to analying the demandof the interface module and download module, I designed and implement eda detaileddevelopment needs. At last, I tested the usability of the mobile phone system in theactual project, and reduced the probability of failure.The significance lies in not only about how to design a cell phone. I think it ismore important to explore the future development to adapt to the changing needs of thepremise.
