The Design And Implementation Of Small And Medium Enterprises Legal Decision Support System

With the gradual deepening of the social construction of China’s legal system andthe high-speed development of the social economy， small and medium enterpriseshave mushroomed rapid rise， but corporate executives lack expertise in the legalaspects of， and funds and other issues often do not have the legalconsultant， so manycompanies need to consult the legal problems encountered in the operations， it is a loss.In view of this situation， it’s necessary to develop a decision support system to addressthe small and medium-sized enterprises in the ordinary course of business from legalproblems.This paper first research some legal problems that the small and medium enterprise(SME) often need to deal with，communicating with legal experts to understand thebusiness needs. On this basis， we conducted a needs analysis， design the overallarchitecture of the system. And combined with the characteristics of the decisionsupport system， the system is divided into eight functional modules to carry out thedetailed design and implementation of user management， search， informationmanagement，judicial path. We focus on the completion of the the core module judicialpath function, attention to the issue to help users understand each of the judicial processnode, the expense of a clear process to select, assist the user in decision making. Systemafter the completion of a comprehensive test results show the feasibility andeffectiveness of the SME legal decision support system meet the design requirements.
