Talent is an important force in promoting social progress, but also the industry toseek the source of power for the development of. Since twenty-first Century, the newsindustry talent demand and supply, great changes have taken place in informationmanagement. In recent years, computer technology, Internet technology andinformation management is more and more prominent in the personnel informationmanagement. It is easy to find, rapid retrieval, high reliability, security and good, longlife. Low cost is in line with the news personnel information management needs. Inthis paper, the development of News Industry Talents Information Mining System(NITIMS) is to integrate the existing human resources, make full use ofmulti-dimensional model, computer technology, information management technology,the advantages of the Internet technology, accelerate the personnel, personnelinformation management more scientific, information, networking.This paper first describes the news personnel information management systemresearch background and significance, and elaborated the domestic and foreign presentresearch. Description and analysis of the system, functional and non functionalrequirements, on this basis, analysis of the information management systemimplementation scheme, analysis and to determine the system’s overall solution, thekey technologies used in system description. Secondly, the paper has the analysis ofthe system requirements and the solution of the system, the system architecture anddesign. In the system architecture and design, including the network structure of thesystem, database structure design, system data security design, system logic design andthe function of the system. The architecture of the system and the outline designmainly through the network structure, module division map, logical structure, functionstructure diagram and sequence diagram to describe the process of typical function. Inthe system architecture and design, based on NITMS system, a detailed design. In thedetailed design, this paper describes the design and structure of NITMS, finally hascarried on the design and the system module division, described the key module design.In the detailed design of the system as the foundation, describes the system at all levels,and the design and description of the system testing. Finally, the system test design isdescribed, mainly introduced the system test plan, hardware and software environment,different levels of test design and test case design. The successful design of the software system can improve the efficientmanagement news personnel data, but also to the existing management index system isadapt to the information requirements of the verification work, and plays an importantrole in advancing all kinds of talent management standard construction and personnelmanagement system reform. In addition, the machine learning method is improved andthe search for meaningful pattern in the database, mining useful knowledge hiddenbehind the large number of data. It is the effective way to solve the mass newspersonnel data problems, and can promote the data mining and knowledge discovery indatabase.
