The Design And Implementation Of Personal Evaluation System Based On BP Neural Network

As China’s market economic system continuously improved, the concept of"enjoy the present, investing in the future" is gradually arousing people’s newconsumer awareness. More and more people are gradually accepting credit personalconsumption patterns. The ratio of consumer credit in commercial bank ’s lendingbusiness continues to rise. Because the evaluation of personal loans is lack,non-performing assets of commercial banks has been a sharp increased. This becomesthe main obstacle to the rapid development and expansion of the banks. How to builda scientific personal credit system to guard against credit risk of commercial banks, isan urgent problem.Relying on the existing system development tools, this paper analyzedcommercial bank consumer credit business needs assessment, discussed the designand development of consumer credit assessment in commercial banks, demonstratedthe feasibility of the system and realized system functions.Firstly, this paper summarized the research status of individual credit assessment,described individual credit and assessment methods, illustrated that the BP (BackPropagation) neural network has better nonlinear processing capability than otherassessment methods and it is more suitable for building personal evaluation model;Secondly, this paper analyzed the system requirements of the customer datamanagement, customer credit assessment analysis, query and backgroundmanagement function, explored the feasibility of the system from the technical,economic and practicality aspects; Thirdly, basing on the overall system architectureand business process, this paper designed the system from the functional, databaseand safety aspects; Finally, we achieved a system test in a simulated environment,summarized and classified the results.
