Work study is that students use their spare time, through honest labor studentbehavior to obtain certain income. It can reduce the economic burden of the family,the accumulation of personal social experience, improve the survival ability ofstudents to adapt to society, to develop education, all has the vital significance to theCareer Academy. The school should do part-time work arrangements, to the CareerAcademy’s work study of scientific management, has become an urgent problem。At present the domestic vocational college work study management system,mostly for information input and display, software management process of thepart-time job without the full support, not up to the requirement of fine management.Based on this situation, the need for the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,design and development of higher vocational colleges student attendancemanagement system.According to a Hunan electrical vocational and Technical College ofmanagement requirements, elaborates the design idea and implementation method,main problems need to be solved in higher vocational colleges student attendancemanagement system, analysis of the work study program in higher vocationalcolleges management system carried out a preliminary analysis, feasibility analysis,demand, carry on the system implementation and system testing, design, code. Thesystem covers all aspects of the work study program in Higher Vocational CollegesmanagementSystem design based on B/S model, using J2EE structure, combined with theMYSQL database, using Struts+Spring+Hibernate as a development framework,realizes the information of dynamic and static "two-state" management andstatistical functions, constructing the scientific and efficient work study managementsystem.
