The Study On The Characteristics Of The Hosts’ Oral Broadcasting Of Local Television Weather Forecast Program

TV weather forecast program is one of the most important media ways of meteorological information that accepted by the audience. The television weather forecast program system in China consisted of CCTV, provincial satellite TV, city TV station, county level television station, The city TV weather programs is the most important part of TV Meteorological programs. At present, the eighteen cities in Henan province except Pingdingshan city all opened the host broadcast TV weather program in prime time. However, the city TV weather forecast program started late. It is only less than20years of history in Henan province. But the weather forecast program with presenters appear has been only five or six years time. From the overall development of prefecture level TV weather forecast programs in Henan province, the weather forecast program is in continuous development and improvement. However, when we talk about program practice or the communication program on the theory research point of view, it did not get enough attention. The current development of TV weather forecast program has reached a bottleneck. Homogenization of the program organization, single stereotype, content similarities are all important parts. The lack of theoretical research is an important factor to cause the above problems. The host s of weather forecast program play an important factor and have the most important influence on the development of the weather forecast program. This paper starts from the host’s point of view, the thorough research of the present development of the weather forecast program and the existing problems, hoping to benefit the future development of the programme and theory construction.In this paper, the weather forecast program, using Henan Province as samples, analyzes the weather presenter in anchorperson situation from the following aspects.First, analysing the characteristics of the weather forecast program and the audience, the thesis points out that the knowledge structure of weather presenters should includes the knowledge of broadcasting, meteorology, communication science and other disciplines. While in the weather forecast program, the hosts should play the roles as the dissemination of meteorological information, meteorological knowledge popularization and life consultant. On this basis, the hosts should show their own strong points to make the weather forecast program better. Second, this part make the weather forecast program in Henan Province as the research sample, also compare the CCTV weather forecast program broadcasting after the news and weather forecast in Henan Province exhibition selection. Finally it will show the characteristics and problems of the consistence of the weather forecast programs, the broadcasting content and the broadcasting speed of the city weather forecast program in the form of charts.Third, this part studied the style and characteristics of the host of weather report in Henan Provence from language, symbols, non language symbol features etc.Fourth, this part is based on the first three chapters of the study, systematically sums up the existing problems in weather presenters such as Mandarin level is not high, lack of sense of weather broadcast and other issues, and give analysis and the solving ways of the problems.
