With the development of economic globalization, China as a country with large scale of manufacturing, will gradually to experience into a manufacturing power transformation, in this process, the quality of the products of the manufacturing industry increasingly high demand for machinery manufacturing industry and puts forward new requirements. In order to improve the quality of mechanical products, at first, we should start from improving the precision of parts of the machine tool.The precision of the workpiece include dimensional accuracy and surface accuracy, polishing technology can improve the quality of the workpiece surface effectively.Therefore, study the polishing technology is a very helpful way to improve the level of our country’s mechanical manufacturing. The revolved body workpiece are widely used in the machinery industry, the precision of the revolved body workpiece can affect the quality of many mechanical products directly.At present, polishing machine has single function in,only to polish cylinder or small angle of the cone.For the complicated shape of revolved body workpiece often require the use of multi-channel processes, successively using the grinding wheel, wheel, wheel to Chiba to complete the corresponding polishing, low efficiency, and the polishing effect is not significant.For the complicated shape of revolved body workpiece often require the use of multi-channel processes,Successively using the grinding wheel, impeller, cloth wheel to use grinding wheel, impeller, to complete the corresponding polishing not only the efficiency is low, but also the polishing effect is not significant. This thesis is in order to take the open motion control technology to apply the development of polishing machine control system, developed a higher degree of automation, superior performance, accord with human body engineering, and the development of low cost non circle generatrix gyration flexible automatic polishing machine. This paper adopts the "PC+motion control card" as a controller to control the polishing machine, the specific contents are as follows.Study the development of motion control system and polishing technology.Analysis the polishing methods of the revolving body workpiece; study the charcteristics of contact deformation between the revolving body workpiece and airbag,which lay related theory basis of making strategy for motion control system.And then design the whole mechanical movement model of the polishing machine,and give analysis on operation process and function of menchanical composition of the polishing machine. Drafted the whole frame of the motion control system of non-circular generatrix revolved body flexible automatic polishing machine,under comprehensive consideration of the polishing machine’s function.Give study on the fuzzy control algorithm for the motion control system of non-circular generatrix rrevolved body flexible automatic polishing machine and the influencing factor of the polishing of revoled body as well.The one one analyses. Each function considering the polishing machine are required to achieve, to non circle generatrix revolution flexible automatic polishing machine control system.According to the test results, put forward the overall mechanical motion model of polishing machine.Drafted the whole frame of the motion control system of non-circular generatrix revolved body flexible automatic polishing machine,under comprehensive consideration of the polishing machine’s function.Give study on the fuzzy control algorithm for the motion control system of non-circular generatrix revolved body flexible automatic polishing machine and the influencing factor of the polishing of revoled body as well.Based on the theoretical research on fuzzy control,then design fuzzy control algorithm controller with "three inut-two out",And the performance of the fuzzy controller is verified by experiment.And then disign a fuzzy PID controller which can adjust the parameter by itself through the study of motor speed control and manual debugging.Complete the the overall scheme of hardware system of the motion control system of non-circular generatrix revolved body flexible automatic polishing machine.The communication of the GT-400-SV motion control card and industrial control computer is realized through PCI interface;according to the control function of each axis servo scheme, choose corresponding, to meet the requirements of the motor and the correspondingdriver selected by calculating;corresponding servo scheme is choosed according to the control function of each axis,and motor and actuator are choosed to meet the requirements through caculation.The design and the related interface circuit of the control system of I/O terminal signal detecting component selection.Develop the he overall scheme of software scheme of the motion control system of non-circular generatrix revolved body flexible automatic polishing machine by analyzing the requirements.Corresponding functions are realized by calling the function library in Labview development environment;each module of the control software and corresponding man-machine interface are developed.
