Advances in electronic technology development today, sensor technology as "sensual" is playing an increasingly important role, whether sensor’s feedback information is accurate, stable and uninterrupted become a prerequisite for an effective system of continuous and stable operation among the large-scale intelligent control systems. In case of detection of many harsh environments, such as conventional sensors because of poor stability, anti-interference ability and other issues is becoming weaker key constraint detection system Optical fiber sensing technology combines the characteristics of the fiber, can greatly improve the accuracy of testing data, and the system of fiber-optic sensor network detection have the characters of high stability, relatively low cost, suitable for the detection of a variety of harsh environments.This paper describes the characteristics of the fiber Bragg grating sensor and the consist of sensing system, proved the feasibility of fiber Bragg grating sensor system in theory, the main contents of this paper includes the following aspects;Detailed the working principle and characteristics of fiber Bragg sensors, highlighted the advantages of fiber optic sensors through the analysis of shortcomings and difficulties faced by conventional sensors.a mathematical model of the fiber Bragg sensors, in theory, to verify the feasibility of fiber Bragg sensing systems, comparative analysis of the current fiber is widely used in several demodulation techniques, cost, accuracy resolution angle selection tunable fiber FP (Fabry-Perot) filter assay as demodulation method of the present system.Design for the control of ARM processor core fiber Bragg sensor networks, from the part of the circuit and light section details the entire optical fiber sensing system which consisting of components and circuit sections, the system uses the operating system through the C and assembly language complete the programming process. Through the simulation and on the characteristics of the fiber Bragg sensor system sensing system test analysis, and ultimately come to the characteristic curve of temperature and pressure sensing fiber grating.In the face of all kinds of interference, fiber Bragg grating sensor detection system based on a network simultaneously multiplexed coding technology and sensor technology combined and fused into one, can be achieved in the test area multi-point distribution of monitoring points measurement, noise and other changes in the system but also on the environment such as temperature, caused by dark current have a strong anti-jamming capability, which significantly improves the accuracy and stability of the system, to ensure the continuous monitoring system, reliability and validity, and ultimately "Monitoring prevention" purposes.
