China has not established the national standard of high-pressure gas flowmeasurement, the existing CNG dispenser standard device can no longer meet thedemand of CNG dispenser test and calibration. Developed sets detect CNG dispenserthrough the analysis of the current market CNG dispenser metering performance,standard device, a quality law CNG dispenser standard device, a set of standardtables CNG dispenser standard device sets the standard unit of measurementperformance and verified by experiment, The two devices at the same time the valuetransfer and traceability. The paper specifically completed the following work:1. By analyzing the measurement of performance and the standard of the currentCNG dispenser, the working principle and characteristics of the various gas flowstandard device, select the two sets of standards suitable for the detection of CNGdispenser, and proposed two sets of system design specifications of the device.2. According to the design specifications of the standard flow meter methodCNG dispenser device, the selection of high-accuracy Coriolis mass flow meter, bytwo standard tables in parallel to solve Verification and Calibration flow gasdispenser, flow range reach requirements of the problem; the device electronicallycontrolled part of the core chip selected ARM Cortex-M3cores STM32107VCmicroprocessor, and based on this processor, designed to complete a set of embeddeddetection software.3. According to the design specifications of the weighing method CNGdispenser device, select two ranges of high-precision industrial electronic balance, aweighing method CNG dispenser detection software is designed to improve theefficiency of a CNG dispenser test.4.On two sets of standard device test analysis were verified by analysis ofstandard weight as the standard the device measurement performance standard ofquality law, to the successful development of weighing method CNG dispenserstandard device for the standard is the standard table method CNG filling machinestandard device test analysis; detection medium were compressed air and compressed natural gas case, the CNG dispenser standard device standard table test results thanverified using compressed air instead of compressed natural gas as the detection thefeasibility of the medium.
